Following the heavy snowfall in Wells this week the following cross-country ski trails have been packed and are now ready to be skied on:
Coronado Road, the A-loop, Cornish Mountain Road to the 1st view-point, all meadow trails except Moose Island.
Tracks have not yet been set – we need more snow for that.
There is still quite a lot of brush sticking through, but there are no rocks protruding.
The Wells and Area Trails Society has a new website, www.wellstrails.ca which will be going live next week. Future trail updates will come from WATS email address (wellstrails@gmail.com), and the list of recipients will be transferred over.
